Practical solutions
Posted on 11th February 2018

We like a challenge and enjoy finding practical solutions.
In this recently completed job we installed a power supply to our customer’s shed and garage without the disruption of lifting paving slabs to bury the cables. The solution was catenary wire to support an overhead cable.
This can be a great option when underground cabling is undesirable for impractical as long as it is possible to allow a minimum height of 3.5 metres. Additional support won’t be needed for spans less than five metres.
If you need a practical solution for an electrical challenge, please get in touch.
