What makes a five-star electrical service?

To find out what it takes to receive an ‘excellent’ review new research by one electrical wholesaler looked at 1,000 five-star Checkatrade reviews, including 100 reviews from 10 major cities around the country.
The highest-ranked qualities, by percentage in the reviews were:
tidiness and cleanliness
In addition to first-class electrical installation and maintenance work, all the MSE team pride themselves on being tidy, professional, punctual, friendly and polite.
We’re pleased to say that our clients give us excellent feedback.
Customer service is part of a quality service
This research confirms what we already believed. As professional electricians, we need to be technically excellent and customer focussed.
To build long-term relationships customer service needs to be outstanding as well. The whole MSE team takes this very seriously.
We take time to understand our customers as well as their technical requirements. We do what we say we’ll do, when we say we’ll do it. We take care to avoid interrupting our customers’ business or home. We’re aware that we are working in someone’s space, so we will be as discreet as possible. Most of all we like what we do and are proud of the service we provide to our customers, so we will always be polite and helpful. We like to look the part too, so our workwear is always smart, clean and tidy as well.
We hope our customers agree that that all leads to a five-star service.
