Electrical fit out for our client's new site
Posted on 30th October 2024
We’ve had a busy time this month fitting out a site at Brackmills in Northampton ready for our clients to go live. It was a lot of work but, thanks to the team’s efforts, everything was completed in good time.
MSE has been working at commercial sites across the country to help meet growing demand for improved electrical installations and lighting.
New commercial facilities
Many companies need extra facilities to meet demand. All the electrical requirements for new sites need careful planning and professional installation. This includes back-up power supplies, cabling, lighting, security and automation.
We’re happy to work with architects, quantity surveyors, construction companies and facilities managers to make sure all the electrical details are right first time.
Sustainability
Smart building technology can make an important difference to energy efficiency. Opportunities include using artificial intelligence (AI) to analyse data from sensors to predict the likelihood of failures so preventative maintenance improves.
Capturing data around a building helps to make better choices abot use of space and energy consumption. You can then manage different parts of a building according to their use to improve energy efficiency.
Automation
Automated processes and guided vehicles (no, not the MSE one in the picture) in large premises can improve efficiency and speed of operations.
The 5G network will help provide full monitoring, tracking and security. As material handling equipment (MHE) systems become more complex they will need thorough installation and maintenance to maintain performance and reliable back-up power supplies.
We will be happy to discuss electrical installation and maintenance at your commercial premises, so please get in touch.
