Grant-funded lighting upgrades for lab testing facilities

Our long-standing engineering clients in Daventry recently took advantage of grant funding to upgrade the lighting at their lab testing facility.
Their existing energy-hungry 8ft fluorescent fittings were using almost 7,500KWh per year during 1,950 hours of operation. It was certainly time for replacements.

Replacing 18 existing units with 13 LEDs reduces in the KWh of electricity used by over 50%. That’s an impressive annual saving of almost £1,170.
