We recently completed an electrical installation condition report (EICR) for some large offices in Northampton. 

 

With a lot of essential equipment relying on the electricity supply, we had to work closely with our clients. Thanks to some good teamwork we safely shut down their server systems to carry out thorough testing. 

We recently spent a day in central London carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). These inspections ensure electrical safety and compliance with regulations. They also help to prevent hazards like electrical fires and electric shock. 

The MSE team is pleased with the tidy results following recent remedial works for a rooftop solar installation in Northampton. Purpose installed trunking now keeps all the DC cables in good order. We also replaced a faulty inverter with a Solax X3-PRO-10K inverter. 

We completed a very worthwhile periodic inspection recently on an older commercial photovoltaic (PV) solar panel system in Northampton. Our client’s insurance company requires regular checks to make sure everything is working properly. 

 

In this case, we highlighted issues with a faulty inverter. We also discovered a damaged DC cable on a string. This meant a large part of the installation wasn’t generating energy at all. 

If you own or manage commercial premises it's important to have an up-to-date Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR). 

 

If premises have been updated or remodelled, it's also a good idea to have a new EICR. You can then make sure you resolve any electrical issues quickly and safely.
