Our long-standing engineering clients in Daventry recently took advantage of grant funding to upgrade the lighting at their lab testing facility. 

 

Their existing energy-hungry 8ft fluorescent fittings were using almost 7,500KWh per year during 1,950 hours of operation. It was certainly time for replacements. 

The MSE team recently managed and installed a full LED lighting upgrade for our Northampton-based signage client. 

 

The project included a complete anti-glare LED lighting overhaul for the office and corridor areas. The workshop and paint/print areas also have a much brighter and more efficient working environment. We recently installed these infrared heaters for one of our logistics clients. They have ‘magic lamps’ designed to warm the people in front of them rather than the air. This keeps people comfortable without the usual bright red glow. 

Our team recently went back to college. Unlike their days as apprentices, they weren’t spending time in the test bays this time. Instead, they were busy installing new lighting. 

 

The upgraded test bay area was completed in time for the students' return this term. It will provide an even better learning environment for them. We wish everyone all the best for their studies.
